6 laning of this bridge was a bottleneck in 6 laning expansion of NH 6 from dankuni to kharagpur stretch.Major problem in structural design default and standing water in rupnarayan river for almost 6 months ,made it extremely difficult for previous contractors to complete the project on time and two contractors left the work before Arvind Techno Engineers completed this much ahead of schedule using our high performance products
KCPL engaged a highly efficient Concrete technologist at the site itself to conduct design where we can achieve 100% strength for precast structures within 3 days leading to high rotation cycle and faster completion of work.KUNAPLAST PC 100 HES was used.This was one of the first big success for high range PCE products in east India firmly establishing us as market leaders there.We also used our high performance anti carbonation coating KUNA ANTI CARB to protect the structure from deterioration against acid,sulphur and high moisture content
This project was rated as one of the top 10 projects by CIDC in small turnover category and was highly acknowledged by NHAI.KUNAPALST PC 100 was able to reduce 42% against control slump and helped concrete to gain very high early strengths.
