  1. 1974

    First manufacturing facility came into existence at Faridabad. Started manufacturing concrete admixtures and accelerators. One of the first companies in India to start manufacturing construction chemicals.

  2. 1982

    First big expansion took place where we started manufacturing powder products and increased installed capacity for liquid products

  3. 1994

    Biggest breakthrough by supplying 5000 MT of accelerators and concrete admixtures to biggest 1500 MW Nathpa-Jhakri HEP in state of Himachal Pradesh

  4. 1997

    Started formulating products for concrete repair, primarily cementitious repair products

  5. 1999

    KCPL introduces complete range of acrylic base waterproofing systems and creates powerful domestic brands.

  6. 2001

    KCPL introduces various epoxy formulations for repair, injection grouting and bonding applications

  7. 2002

    Company achieved benchmark 1 Mn US$ sales revenue for the first time

  8. 2004

    Faridabad plant’s area was increased to 1,10,000 sq. ft making it one of the biggest integrated construction chemical plants in North India.

  9. 2007

    Second manufacturing facility was started in the state of Gujarat, near India’s western coast at Vapi.The plant turned operationally profitable within first year of existence

  10. 2008

    One of the first companies to introduce high performance PCE base super plasticizers in Indian markets and completing landmark projects across India.

  11. 2009

    First company in India to launch pump priming aid to improve efficiency of pumping operations in concrete supply and reduce wastage of cement. Till date India’s biggest manufacturer of pump primers with 30000 pouches sold every month

    Staring of regional office in Kolkata

  13. 2011

    International tie up with KG corporation of South Korea for long term supply of PCE molecule

  14. 2012

    KCPL commences operation of its third manufacturing facility in the city of Kolkata eastern coast of India to cater to our clients in East India/Bangladesh/Bhutan/Nepal.

  15. 2013

    KCPL becomes the major supplier of admixtures to first greenfield rigid pavement project in India -Taj Expressway using PPC Cement for the first time.8000 MT admixtures were supplied. This project required 4.5 Million cubic meter concrete

  16. 2014

    KCPL does international tie ups with Adcos Belgium NV and Krypnate spain to introduce world’s best Polyurea and PU injection resin systems in Indian market.

  17. 2015

    KCPL starts its 4th regional office in city of Bangalore

  18. 2016

    KCPL in association with Bitumat -KSA introduced first of its kind high elasticity acrylic polymer with thermal insulation property for Indian markets where temperature variations are high

  19. 2017

    With supplies to over 32 completed Metro projects and 77 Road projects in India, KCPL becomes biggest player for admixtures, repair products in these two sectors

  20. 2018

    KCPL gets valued at 75 Million US$ by international PE players. Commencement of production from our 4th manufacturing facility in the state of Andhra Pradesh to cater to our clients in South India.

Narendra Prasad

Promoter & CMD

B.tech (chemical) from prestigious I.I.T(Rorkee)-1971.He is one of the pioneers in the construction chemicals and Concrete quality management in the country for over 43 years. He was one of the first Indian engineers to propel use of lignos sulphonate base admixtures and sodium silicate base admixtures and sodium silicate base accelerators in U/G Construction in early 70s.

Kunal Prasad

Director Sales & Marketing

B.tech (Chemical) from Prestigious N.I.T. Jaipur and MBA (Marketing) from I.M.T., Ghaziabad having rich experience in various sectors for the past 12 years. with tremendous sales skills and leadership qualities, he has been instrumental in taking company's annual revenue from 1 Mn US$ in 2007 to 16 Mn US$ in current financial year.

B.tech (Chemical) from prestigious N.I.T. Jaipur and MBA (MDI, Gurgaon) having rich experience in various sectors for the past 10 years.He has tremendous operational skills and with his technical expertise vastly responsible for managing operations and supply chain for all 3 manufacturing plants.
