KCC has two fully integrated construction chemical complexes at Faridabad and Vapi, which have installed capacity of 50,000 MT of powder and liquid products used at various stages of pre and post construction activity.

Unit No 1: Village Nacholi, Faridabad-121002: This is one of the largest single point construction chemical facility (11,000 sqm) in North India engaged in production of construction chemicals since 1974.Plants’ central location, easy accessibility and fully integrated structures makes it as one of the best in the Industry

Unit No 2: 3104-3106, Chemical Complex, GIDC, SARIGAM (Gujarat): This is again a state of the art manufacturing facility with well equipped laboratories/plant& machinery having installed capacity of more than 15,000 MT of construction chemical production P.A

The key to our success is our ability to generate innovative products and capabilities at the forefront of the industry. R&D is a backbone for all KCC products. At KCC we are shaping the future development of the existing products through a constant stream of innovations .Latest manufacturing and testing facilities help to keep a constant check on all the inputs and outputs. A state of the art set –up help us in maintaining proper inventory and dispatch schedules leading to high degree of efficiency

Future plans: Keeping in tune with humungous ambitions which we harbor at KCC, company wants to have a national presence in terms of manufacturing facilities.

Company intends to open two more manufacturing facilities at HOSUR and Siliguri by 2010 to cater to our clients in Southern and Eastern part of the country.
